At Mask or Menace, Cutler has the ability of technopathy. While he isn't a mastermind with it, he can theoretically use it to access other people's devices, hack private encryptions, etc.

My default will be to always ask first before spying on anything that's locked on the network, but you're welcome to OPT-IN/OPT-OUT here, or note any preferences!

Please comment with your character name/username and what you're cool with. Some options:

a. OPT-IN, you're cool with spying whenever and wherever.
b. OPT-OUT, you'd like him to stay our of your character's business entirely.
c. ASK FIRST, meaning I'll always check before creeping.
